Culver's is a delicious and dependable place to go for a hot and juicy burger. The crinkle-cut fries are always perfectly salted, hot, crispy and tasty. I got the onion rings and they were so crispy and hot...Yum! This particular visit however, I got all the way to my destination and realized that they never gave me my drink. Also, the young man operating the drive-thru wasn't very friendly and gave me the impression that he really didn't want to be there. Not looking for white-tablecloth service but pleasant, even courteous service would have been nice. Overall, I usually can't go wrong going to Culver's.
I placed my order ahead of time for takeout, but I still had to wait a while for my order when I arrived at the restaurant. I ordered 5 Custard mixers and they were served in a 4-cup drink holder with one cup loosely placed in the middle. It would have been better if they had added a lid and provided a separate holder for the extra cup, so I didn't have to balance everything while driving or find another place to hold it. Despite that, the food was delicious.
I love Culver's overall, but this particular location stood out due to its exceptional service. We were assisted by a young woman named Alexandra, who patiently addressed all of my friend's dietary concerns and even made my child laugh. We will definitely be returning.

Ordered the flavor of the day and a scoop of chocolate in a cup.. not sure how that got misconstrued but they thought I ordered 2 One scoop was plenty but wanted to try the Oreo cheesecake.. it did not disappoint! Thanks!

The workers are very nice and even when our friend who has bad hearing couldn't hear the lady she repeated herself 4 times until she could hear. They are very understanding staff.

This restaurant is perfect for bringing the grandchildren. Ordering is simple and the kids really enjoy the complimentary ice cream for dessert.
