Culver’s - Reserva de mesa

Had not visited Culver's in many months. Were enticed by Culver's coupons in my weekly mail flyer. Party of two, both selected the coupon deal of $1.00 off double butter burger with fries and drink. Price for two,including coupon discount, was exactly $17.89. As per procedure, ordered meals, proceeded to drink machine (many choices, Root Beer selected, found a table for two (it was clean, as was the seating area), went back to the counter for avaiable napkins, straws and ketchup (very good condiment), placed our tag (with our meal number) on the table and waited for our food. I just ordered a Concrete Mixer with Orion Cookies in it. There is absolutely no Oreo Cookies in it. The custard coukd not be any smoother. I was told in person, the cookies are mixed until you can't see them. This is not true. It should have cookie pieces you need to chew. There is not one fragment or grain of cookie in this mixer. I was told in person, there is nothing the staff can do. And policy is to charge me for a replacement! And I can not have a refund! It is 100% obvious there is no Oreo cookie in my order. What business does not make the order correctly, sees in person it is not made correctly, and tells the customer they need to pay for a new one,, or take the 1st one home and ea...

Very very rude manger at this location!!! We had a fairly big order for about 70 dollars. They forgot something. We did an online order so after asking the cashier a question and she was rude. When we got home we called there and talked to the manger and she basically told us it was our fault for not checking the bags to make sure we had all our stuff. She also said it’s not there job to make sure all the stuff is in the bag. But at the end of the day we won’t be going back to this place again and we use to go here atleast one time a week!!!! I don’t recommend this location to anyone if u can avoid going here I would at all cost!!!!! Very poor leadership at this place!!!!!!!

Service was not pleasant. Short blonde girl with glasses working night shift had tons of attitude. Was not happy about serving us, had no manners, and practically tossed our food onto the table. The tomato was the end like the first cut with big hole. (Really hard) And they charged 30 cents for it when we said something about it she says they come in cut already and they are not allowed to throw anything away and to call Corporate if we didn't like it.

Seems like there is always a lot of staff and no one takes out the garbage. Can someone hourly wipe down tables. Go here quite often and never have seen a staff do either. Garbage always over full and nasty tables. Great food but no where clean to sit...

Impossible to get what you want. I've had 3 wrong orders in a row and won't be coming back.Edit: tried giving them another shot, the food was good, but they forgot a burger on a two burger order. Do not come here
