Culver's - Reservar una mesa

Went inside. Just ordered a burger and cheese sauce. It took over 20 minutes. Looked very disorganized in there. More workers just standing around not knowing what they should be doing or going a snails pace. While a couple of workers are working extra hard and looked very stressed. Food being left pilling up and no one expediting the food. I even got my order before the people who had been waiting much longer than me.Very disappointed! I've worked in couple of fast food places and never seen a place so not organized as this one. If I could give zero stars I would because that's what this place diserves.

I have never been to a Culver's like this one before. I waited and waited for a shake. The staff seemed untrained and unsure what they should be doing. They got 3 orders wrong while I was there. Not sure what is going on in this location but every other Culver's I have been to has run like clockwork. I will not go to this location again.

This place has really gone down hill. The food is typically decent if you can get the right order. I bring my kids here and it is pretty consistent that they get one of the three orders wrong. There isn't an adult in site running the place. Best to avoid until the owners can get things squared away...

Sadly we had very bad service at this Culver's site. No greetings no personalities no Smiles from any of the staff. We ate inside and our food was good but the atmosphere was dismal. Won't be going back to this location any time soon.

even if they order individual burgers, they give them double and calculate them for double. Delicious eating, but apparently individual burgers are no longer on the menu.
