I am really frustrated. I ordered a fish sandwich, strawberry salad, coleslaw, a small vanilla shake, and a chocolate cake cone with one scoop. I even had to make the cashier read back my order because they seemed confused. They brought out a 2-piece cod meal and two chocolate cones, which was completely wrong — I wanted the sandwich and just one cone. My order number was 88, and nobody even acknowledged my car when they came to deliver the food. I managed to get the attention of a girl, who said they had taken my order back. When the waiter came out, someone else said that the order didn’t belong to me, but I have no idea why. In the end, I was charged over $26 for this mess. This is my sec...
Went inside. Just ordered a burger and cheese sauce. It took over 20 minutes. Looked very disorganized in there. More workers just standing around not knowing what they should be doing or going a snails pace. While a couple of workers are working extra hard and looked very stressed. Food being left pilling up and no one expediting the food. I even got my order before the people who had been waiting much longer than me.Very disappointed! I've worked in couple of fast food places and never seen a place so not organized as this one. If I could give zero stars I would because that's what this place diserves.
Normally I would not write a review on a visit, but unfortunately this is the second or third time that I went through this running gear and was disappointed. tonight I asked for a cranberry bacon-blue salate with extra salate. what I got was a comminuted iceberg salad (very little) with comminuted Cheddar cheese instead of blue cheese. definitiw not worth $10! Last time I went through, I ordered the same and got the right salate, but it filled about half the bowl. I don't think I'll go back soon.
The food was quick to come after we ordered at the counter. This was a family outing and none of us was super hungry. I ordered a side of broccoli and a side of Cole slaw and it was just right and felt healthier than the burger fare normally ordered. They also have some great salads if you need healthy options. The custard is tasty and my kids said it was better than Dairy Queen.

I have never been to a Culver's like this one before. I waited and waited for a shake. The staff seemed untrained and unsure what they should be doing. They got 3 orders wrong while I was there. Not sure what is going on in this location but every other Culver's I have been to has run like clockwork. I will not go to this location again.
I ordered the Butterburger with cheese because it comes with ketchup and mustard in the pictures. They asked if I wanted to add lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles. I chose to add mayonnaise each time, which is quite frustrating. This must be the fourth or fifth time I've had this issue with my order.
This place has really gone down hill. The food is typically decent if you can get the right order. I bring my kids here and it is pretty consistent that they get one of the three orders wrong. There isn't an adult in site running the place. Best to avoid until the owners can get things squared away...
Sadly we had very bad service at this Culver's site. No greetings no personalities no Smiles from any of the staff. We ate inside and our food was good but the atmosphere was dismal. Won't be going back to this location any time soon.

The food was hot and fresh, and it was served quickly. The restaurant was very clean, and it reminded us of cherished family meal times with our children, enjoying a delightful scavenger hunt for ice.
