We came in tonight for dinner and our card got declined. We had a little cash on us but not enough to cover our total. My husband had suggested taking his food off and just paying for mine and the kids food, at which point an employee overheard and said oh absolutely not! and pulled out her own card to pay the difference. She paid the $6.00 so our family could enjoy our meal together instead of having to make a trip back later to get my husbands food. Her name was Jackie and I want her to know how much her act of kindness meant to us. We will absolutely be paying this forward and we hope that Jackie 's kindness gets recognized!
Today, I took my kids to their Easter egg hunt, and it was wonderful! They organized it so well, and there were plenty of eggs for all the children. I truly appreciated the special offer on kids' meals—what a lovely gesture! It was a fun morning for us! The tokens hidden in the eggs for a free ice cream were a fantastic idea, giving the kids even more opportunities to indulge. Additionally, all the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Thank you for a great experience!
Daughter and I had a great time at Jenison Culver's on Monday night. The food was good, but we were also entertained by Drew, the shift leader. He showed joy and pride in his job.....AND he has a sense of humor. Bonus. Keep up the good work Culver's. It is one of our favorite burger (and other treats) restaurants. Value can't be beat. Love the kid meals and saving tokens for extra good prizes (sports balls, etc) THANKS!
Last night 12/17 my son, nephew and I stopped in for dinner after Rebounderz. The place was so clean and cozy. Our food was delicious and we witness a girl being trained. Her trainer was so nice and full of information for her. He seems to really enjoy his job : Great experience!!

Always impressed with the service and food at culvers, but this Friday I want to take note of the awesome girl at the drive-through. We have seen her before and she is always on her a game and remember hers customers, what a employee.
On May 8, 2018, we had a wonderful Teacher Appreciation Night at Culver's. This teacher and their family greatly appreciate the easy dinner option tonight! Thank you, Jenison Culver's!
The gentleman who took our order had a great sense of humor. He took my 5 year old's order and gave him a fist bump when he was finished. I wish I caught his name!
Order your burger without tomatoes, and it’s a lot spicier! The food was delicious, and I really loved the new decor!
