Culver's Restuarant

My daughter and I both ordered single scoops. I ordered flavor of the day and my 7 y/o daughter ordered choc with peanut butter cup. I let them know I had a coupon during my order. When we got to the window we were never asked for the coupon and the new guy was unsure when I offered the coupon at the window a girl came to the window to his assistance and she was so impeccably rude I just wanted to leave. The new guy gave us the custard. I offered to pay and she got more frustrated with us. I gave her my card and requested a receipt. Window closed and I was in disbelief at how I was just treated. Pulled ahead so I could pass back my daughters. And noticed in my flavor of the day hot fudge Car...

If zero stars were an option that is what i would give...Ordered food and brought back to hotel. Order was wrong. Drove it back to show them and they proceed to tell me that I will need to wait 3 days so they can review audio and video. I do NOT live here! They refused to remake order or give a refund. They were shown the burger and the receipt showing it was made wrong. They said they needed to review audio to see who took the order. What a joke!

They somehow managed to lose my card in the drive through, giving it to the wrong person. Even though they only pay one person out at a time. Somehow managed to give me the wrong card completely, then lose my card. I went in to talk to the manager and the only thing they could do was tell me to cancel my card. It was after bank hours so lucky me got to spend 40 minutes on the phone with the bank canceling my card.

Very nice custard and the fries are always nice and mushy. The burgers are always too salty. I asked for less salt but apparently they have one seasoning shaker in back for all burgers. Their burgers would be good except I can't get it the way I like it. The cashier and staff were nice but very busy. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is not a good as it used to be. Used to taste more fresh a few years ago. This past year almost every time I order they get it wrong somehow. Even if it's forgetting to add pickles of the soup size I asked for. They used to be super accurate, not the case anymore.

Food came super fast even though it was busy. Food came as ordered and was hot. Great customer service. Wish there was more mushrooms on my mushrooms Swiss burger. Curds are always good. Stupid they charge for ranch now and they should have stuck with Pepsi products lol

As an East Coaster, we don't have Culver's, so it's a real treat when I travel to the Midwest. The food is always delicious and consistent, and the service is wonderful. It's my favorite fast food place in the entire country.

A great place to stop when you’ve been driving for a while and just need a great big burger. Also steamed vegetables available to balance out the guilt of eating a great burger. Reserva una mesa ahora
