The line was quite confusing, leaving many patrons frustrated as they were asked to move multiple times. They do not accept cash, but there was no sign to inform customers of this policy. After waiting in line for a considerable time, I was told I needed to pay by card. I had to quickly grab my card to avoid holding everyone up. All that effort led to an overpriced cupcake that didn’t taste good and had an oddly wet texture. The frosting was overwhelmingly sweet; I took one bite and couldn’t finish it. I even offered it to my husband, who usually enjoys everything, but he didn’t like it either.

I ordered a variety of cupcakes and a cake for my wedding, and everything was simply delightful! I truly appreciate their seasonal flavors and the availability of vegan options. Our large order was ready for pickup exactly on time, with no problems whatsoever!

We ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday, and the customer service was exceptional. The cupcakes were the best I’ve ever had. I must say, the key lime flavor was a truly LIFE-CHANGING experience! We will absolutely be making more purchases in the future!

I'm soooo mad! I drove all the way from the city to Cupcakin on Washington in Oakland, CA, to find out this location is not in business. I did not see this anywhere online or even on the phone, when you call! What a waste of time and toll!

I never really write reviews and I didn't even think I liked cupcakes that much until I had Cupcakin. Hands down some of the best cupcakes I've ever had! Chocolate salted caramel is perfection.

Easily the best cupcakes in Oakland. Gluten free are good but the red velvet and chocolate are the ones to get.
