We had the pleasure of attending the launch of Zona Azzurri new restaurant in Sydney. It’s located inside one of the most amazing sports store I have seen. The store is Ultra Football and is located at 160 Bourke St Alexandria. It has the amazing Zona Azzurri restaurant, an indoor soccer pitch, full football sports store merchandise, EA FIFA PS4 entertainment area, barber shop and cafe. The concept is one the best I have ever seen <br/ <br/ The food in the restaurant is truly 5 Star and it has the best woodfire pizza in Sydney. We had the Margherita, salsiccia e friarelli and calzone to takeaway. Wow. Really good Neapolitan style pizza, great char on the crust and really well seasoned. We often find we have to salt a pizza and here it was perfect. The sausage pizza in particular was excellent, sometimes these can be unbalanced but this one was perfect. We are looking forward to going back and trying the others. We love traditional Italian pizzas and have had pizza from most popular places in the inner city and think this one was better than via Napoli. Great work guys

Always love to start with a Negroni $16) to help calm the nerves. Kid's Ham pizza with tomato, fior di latte cow's milk, mozzarella style cheese), ham $15) was good as well as the Ortolana pizza seasonal vegetables, fior di latte, EVVO $24). Be sure to get some of their chilli oil to add a great chilli kick. Kid's Ragu $17) was very good and enjoyed by Miss 6 year old. Served with all the elements separated as ordered.

Zona Azzurri is a new Italian restaurant located in Alexandria. Set up in a large space with high ceilings, the restaurant is next to a football clothing and merchandise shop called Ultra Football with the same owners and serves authentic Italian cuisine. The food at Zona Azzuri is beautiful, authentic Italian food. Everything is fresh and delicious and they have a great range of seafood including beautiful muscles and crab! The wait staff are attentive and knowledgeable. They will advise you on specials and suggest wines that will compliment your meal. Thank you Zona Azzuri for a fantastic feast!

This Italian restaurant is amazing! While it can be a bit difficult to locate, it's truly a hidden gem! The pizza is incredible, and you can tell that all the ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I loved every aspect of my visit. Bravo! Keep up the great work!

I've visited this restaurant twice and had a fantastic experience both times. The pizzas were delicious, with an authentic flavor that really impressed me. The staff was friendly and attentive as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for local treasures and genuine Italian cuisine.

Amazing!we had a grupon voucher but were treated like everyone else. we chose shared meat platter as a starter and Royal and San Daniele pizzas. Food was really tasty and ingredients fresh! plus the soccer atmosphere: we loved it there and will be back for sure Reserva una mesa ahora

This is our “go to” for delicious, affordable and authentic Italian. Not only is the food great, but the staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Highly recommend. Ambience is casual, and suitable for family or gatherings with friends.
