I can confidently say this was the best dining experience I’ve had in Australia. Absolutely wonderful experience! From welcoming, friendly yet professional service to the amazing food we could not fault a single thing. The plating of every dish was exquisite, clearly showing the chef’s artistry, passion, skilful technique and attention to detail in the kitchen. They prioritize sourcing only local ingredients and seasonal produce from their own garden, resulting in fantastic dishes. The menu is limited but features only the finest, beautifully presented food. The setting is elegant, and the service is charmingly rustic. We absolutely loved our experience at Terroir, and cannot recommend both staying and dining here highly enough. From the warm and welcoming host, to an inventive and delicious vegetarian friendly tasting menu, to the rustic rooms complete with cosy pot belly fire and relaxing bath tub, Terroir had everything we needed after a long, cold winter's day on the Reisling Trail.
