Honestly speaking I have loved roti and west Indian food since I was young. Now in saying this I have eaten plenty a roti, doubles and curry plates with paratha.I was disappointed to find out that a roti shop doesn 't have paratha unless I order it 24 hrs in advance. Never in my life heard of this at a ROTI shop not everyone likes Dhal!This is not authentic and not normal by any means.If you are to be the shop representing an entire food culture here in Burlington please do better.Train your staff to be able to understand customers inquiries better. They take advatgae of being one of the only west Indian restaurants in Burlington. If there was another one I would never eat here. Food is decent at best but staff is not knowledgeable on west Indian food which makes ordering a nightmare!(Let me clear this up. They say they don't take advantage of being the only Roti shop in the area.These guys are only open 28 hours a week (7 hours a day for 4 days Food is substandard which they could never get away with in a more culturally diverse city.Wait until a real west Indian restaurant opens in their plaza with real options and real hours and knowledge staff.

This is the best Caribbean roti I've found anywhere, even in the Caribbean itself! The roti wrap is fresh and has the perfect texture—just the right balance of chewiness and fluffiness. The curry is delicious, especially when they tone down the spiciness a bit. It's so tasty that I always ask for extra gravy. The filling is loaded with perfectly tender meat; I usually go for the chicken, and they don't skimp on it at all. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can always increase the heat! The curry has a kick, but it’s not overwhelming like some chefs might make it!

I’m meant to get the curry chicken, and got this instead properly because I didn’t say the meal rightBut this is so much better then just the rice and chicken. The pitta is like a chick pea breed, and it is wonderfulI went and it was about lunch it was busy and that tells me the food is wonderful the line was moving fast and food was done quick, I also got medium, if u are not a fan of hot maybe get the one less then this! My first time there today. Ordered chicken roti and Pattie’s. Really too notch flavor. A general observation the two ladies I dealt with (one who placed the order and the other who handed me the package when it was ready la led a tad bit of customer service. They came across a semi crusty. May be they had a bad day but they could work on it. Overall the food was great and I will go back again no doubts and totally recommend it.

Initially, we had hoped to book their food truck, but even when that wasn't an option, they kindly accepted our pick-up order. The food was ready on time, ensuring that our team didn't have to wait hungry. I appreciate the organization of our order and the entire team for taking care of us. Thank you!

had the big goat breast and a double, both hot. roti was delicious and the goat was perfectly cooked. everything had great taste. the double was not as great as the roti, but still good. they will certainly try to come here before the lunch break, as the line is quickly built up.
