I 've been to this place a few times because I like the burgers. Today on my way home, I ordered takeout, app said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I headed straight to the restaurant when I got into Easthampton as about that much time had passed since I ordered so thought it would be ready. When I got there, I was told it 'd be ready in two minutes. So, I waited near the cash register instead of sitting down because I believed them. After more than five minutes, another staff member asked for my name and suggested I take a seat, saying they 'd bring it out. I asked how much longer it would be as I could come back. If you are in the Amherst, North/East Hampton please try this restaurant. It's in a very cool restored mill building/complex in the back near a river and nice bike path. The menu is simple but the focus is on quality ingredients and amazing flavor combinations. I had a dry aged beef cheeseburger that was perfectly medium rare with just the right amount of sear. The house made bun was perfectly toasted and their special sauce was an amazing compliment. We started with pan seared broccoli with green onions and an Asian style glaze, delicious. We ordered four things, two of them were spectacular, and the other two were good but less impressive. The burger was top tier. The meat was flavorful and came with a solid sauce. The onions weren’t fully sautéed, giving them a little more crunch. The salads freshness was readily apparent. The flavors and textures all complemented each other. The kimchi and broccoli noodz while albeit ambitious weren’t super flavorful. I added laoganmas chili oil to it at home and it was still *shrugs* The fish sandwich is good, but struggles to stay afloat with the superlative burger. There is an automatic 16% gratuity. They do vouch to adjust though if requested.
I have to say the food there was amazing, the dry age cheeseburger was delicious. But the real stand out for me. I mean, besides the cheesy crispy potatoes, which are so much better than plain old french fries,are their desserts they have amazing treats definition your meal up with. I've tried so many always thinking. Each one was the best and the next one is always just as good!! bravo daily operation Parking: Drive around back of the old factories. Every time we went to catch the train, my family would order drinks from this place, and even though the days were short, his drinks were always the best. The long black, hot chocolate, and iced chocolate were all delicious. I will miss Sydney for his kindness. Thank you for giving me a Kit Kat on our last meeting. I will miss it. Yes
I've loved this place and have been a fan girl for years now. The consistent rotating menu keeps eating there exciting, the different music tastes keep the atmosphere fun, and the desserts are just supreme. Unlike any other restaurant in the area, a true gem in the valley.
