I used to really like our DQ, but not so much anymore. The last three times we have purchased blizzards there they have been wrong. First time no cold fudge in the royal blizzards. Second time no cold fudge and no cheesecake past the top of the blizzard the rest being plain soft serve. Today I went through drive thru thinking it has to have gotten better, but no. The kid in the window didn't flip the Blizzards upside down, no big I thought it was because he already had them in a carrier. Nope, by the time I got home the blizzards were soup. And when I tried to call it sounded like they picked up the phone and put it next to a machine. Thought maybe I didn't dial the right number so I tried a...
I ordered their chili dog because I really enjoy their chili, but this is the second time I've received my order only to find that my chili dog was thrown into the bag upside down. This results in a messy meal, and the cheese gets stuck to the lid, causing me to lose some of my meal. A bit more attention to how the orders are placed in the bags would be appreciated.
My daughter and I got a couple of blizzards yesterday for my birthday treat. They flipped my daughters over as I thought was required but did not flip mine over. I kinda joked about it saying Mine isn 't getting flipped over? It would have fell right out. My blizzard had been sitting for a bit. I could almost drink it. Plus, it wasn 't full
Not pleased, 4 employees standing around talking to friends, waited to order, just about walked out. Finally ordered and got into my vehicle, fries weren't hot, burger put together sloppy. I didn't even see employees clean their hands, who knows if they even wash them. I'm going to go elsewhere.

I popped in for lunch on a whim, and I was pleasantly surprised! The burger was generously topped with fresh ingredients, and my onion rings were hot and perfectly cooked. Despite the place being busy, I received my food promptly. Overall, a great experience!
The experience can be inconsistent. Most of the food is fresh, but occasionally it can be stale. However, the ranch dressing is homemade (I believe) and absolutely delicious!
Courtney is such a good manager!! I can tell the whole crew is like a family. Never messed up my blizzards!! Chicken strips are a little spicy
One would say it's hard to find good customer service in Gillette but I found it here. Great place and good food. Thank you
