This restaurant used to be a great place to take your kids for a quick ice cream treat. I decided to return after a long time and went through the drive-thru to order two Blizzards. However, they only charged me for one, and it took them 20 minutes to fulfill my order. It wasn't until my passenger got out of the car and went inside that I finally received my ice cream. Unfortunately, one of the Blizzards was already melted, and the other was on its way to melting. I will not be coming back to this establishment and cannot recommend it to others. I’d rather go out of my way for better service. Good luck.
I no longer recommend this Dairy Queen location. It used to have a reasonable wait time for drive-thru orders, but today (05/21/22), I ordered one shake and one burger and ended up waiting over 10 minutes at the drive-thru window. Then they asked me to move forward and wait an additional 10 minutes. They gave me the shake right away, but I waited a total of about 20 minutes just for one burger. While waiting, I saw many cars leaving the line, so this location is definitely losing business due to extremely long waits.
Dairy Queen typically shines in efficiency and order accuracy. However, on our latest visit, both the drive-thru and lobby were very busy. Despite the crowd, we were able to place our order and get our food and ice cream relatively quickly, though there were a few mistakes with our order. Some customers were frustrated by missing or incorrect items. Most of the staff seemed to be young, so I was understanding of the minor issues given the situation. I can only imagine how chaotic the drive-thru must have been.
I had the most incredible experience at this restaurant! We went on August 16, 2022, at around 8:20 PM, and it was quite busy. However, everyone, from the person taking our order to the one serving our food, was exceptional. Our burgers, chicken strips, and fries were all fresh and tasty. The blizzards were fantastic as well! The woman who appeared to be in charge (a lady with short dark hair) was very kind, and it was evident that the staff really appreciated her. We will definitely be back!

This is my second time ordering from Dairy Queen and requesting to omit a specific item due to allergies, yet the same item was still included in my order. Aside from not following special instructions, everything else is great. The service is usually quick with no other complaints. The Pink Pool slushy tastes good, but the Twisted Purple slushy is definitely the best on their menu.
