This restaurant used to be a great place to take your kids for a quick ice cream treat. I decided to return after a long time and went through the drive-thru to order two Blizzards. However, they only charged me for one, and it took them 20 minutes to fulfill my order. It wasn't until my passenger got out of the car and went inside that I finally received my ice cream. Unfortunately, one of the Blizzards was already melted, and the other was on its way to melting. I will not be coming back to this establishment and cannot recommend it to others. I’d rather go out of my way for better service. Good luck.
This restaurant usually excels in efficiency and order accuracy. However, during our recent visit, both the drive-thru and lobby were quite busy. Despite the crowded environment, we managed to place our order and receive our food and ice cream fairly quickly, though there were a few errors with our order. Some customers were unhappy about missing or incorrect items. Most of the staff appeared to be young employees, so I didn’t mind the hiccups too much given the circumstances. I can only imagine how hectic it must have been in the drive-thru.
Don't recommend this location anymore. It used to be a reasonable time for a drive thru order. Today 05/21/22 I ordered 1 shake and 1 burguer and waited over 10 minutes on the drive thru window and they asked me to wait ahead and that took another 10minutes. So they did give me the shake right the way but basically 20 minutes of wait for 1 burguer. And while waiting I couldsee a lot of cars just leaving the line so the location is losing business due extremely longwaits. ????????????????????????????????????????
I had the most incredible experience at this restaurant! We went on August 16, 2022, at around 8:20 PM, and it was quite busy. However, everyone, from the person taking our order to the one serving our food, was exceptional. Our burgers, chicken strips, and fries were all fresh and tasty. The blizzards were fantastic as well! The woman who appeared to be in charge (a lady with short dark hair) was very kind, and it was evident that the staff really appreciated her. Second time ordering some thing without A certain item that I?m allergic to and the same item still being put on too what I ordered, everything else is great, they?re pretty fast usually no complaints anything else besides not following ordernotes Pink pool slushy taste good but the twisted purple slushy is the best
