Not a smooth experience. They didn't take credit cards, their machine was down. They had a sign posted so there was no surprises. I tried to use the free kids cone coupons from the DQ kids meal bag, but they wouldn't accept them at this location. I ordered a Misty Freeze and it came without the soft serve mixed in, the young women told me that was a float and i asked for a freeze. I looked at the menu twice after she told me and I'm still scratching my head. It's called a Misty Freeze. She poured some of the drink out and put soft serve in the top, it wasn't great. Expensive as well. Not worth it. Employees were friendly but did not seem on top of anything.
An absolutely wonderful place. I came in the other day and ordered a couple blizzards and by the time I was done placing my order, half of the stuff was already there waiting for me! If you’re ever in Northfield, Dairy Queen is a wonderful place. Just wish they were open 24 hours.
Every time we drive by there hardly vehicles there. The reviews on got lots of on here, telling of the bad service, and lousy treats ect. We just drive on head Farmington DQ, good friendly service, good treats and food. Lots of customers keeping them busy! FARMINGTON DQ
You better use your car, no walk-in window... at least that day! Good ice cream as usual and great service, only 1 person there but she was doing a great job!

The lobby was closed even though their hours indicated they were open. The drive-thru line extended onto the highway, and the service was incredibly slow!
Would have given a better score if they had a bathroom for customers. My elderly friend needed one desperately.
Ordered a blizzard, got a mix up, all the doors were locked and couldn't talk to anyone about fixing it.
OMG....What's not to like from DQ...especially when your lactose intolerant...Great Service..
