Went to the Dairy Queen at 24671 grand river.(grand river 7mile) In the last month I’ve bee not there 3 times and they don’t have chocolate ice cream. When I asked the girl waiting on me she said it’s been weeks since they’ve had chocolate ice cream. COME ON you only carry two kinds of ice cream. And while I’m bashing this place maybe you can fix the broken window that has rain stained cardboard stuffed in the hole. I would have sent this to corporate but after filling out the form it won’t send. FIGURES! The one bright spot was the young lady who waited on me
I waited in line for 15 minutes at this restaurant. When I finally got to the microphone to place my order, the young lady working there told me they only had cones and shakes available. Confused, I asked why this was the case. She laughed and explained that they were short-staffed, so they had to limit the menu. I couldn't comprehend why they would choose to stay open and only offer two simple items that customers could easily get at a convenience store, especially after waiting in line for so long.
What a dump, stopped for a banana split blizzard, was told no bananas, ask for chocolate ice cream was told they did not have that either. This place should be closed down or have better management.
the staff has improved in the last weeks, and the service was always great there. I hope that this dq can stay in business for many years to come, it is great to have one near the neighboring.

My daughter and I love coming to this place. They have good service and the ice cream is always delicious. They also have a drive through so that's really convenient too.
this facility always had good tasty. If you want something that's nice and people take care of what they do, stop if you can.
most menus they don't have. this place should be simply switched off. definitely not recommend and not be back.

Dairy treats are good. I've only had one concern and management was great about fixing it.
The line at the drive-thru was too long for just getting ice cream.
