Store closes at 9pm... my family of 4 gets our ice-cream and sit, take a few bites of our ice-cream just for the employee to come up to us and tell us you have to go, we are closed... It was 8:49, we just sat.. I asked what time they close (even though I knew because I googled before going) and she said 9.. I said it 's 8:49, she said yeah but I have to clean... isn 't it normal for you to accept customers until 9? If someone walked in at 8:55, can they still be served? Because clearly you can 't even sit here to eat your ice-cream you just paid for 11 minutes before closing. So strange to me..We frequent this location often.. often times out of product and I always feel like I am an inconve...
Terrible experience. I came in with a clear digital coupon that states any small Blizzard (not including Royal flavors) for $0.89. I ordered a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard (which isn't a Royal flavor), but the guy told me I should have shown the coupon first and insisted that it doesn’t apply to Pumpkin. When I went to pay full price, he said they only accept cash! Meanwhile, the woman in front of me paid by card. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dairy Queen.
Terrible customer service. This was my third time and the last time at this location. Elderly guy never smiles or never welcome customers. All the time I went here I get a feeling that someone is forcing him to work. He never even answer your questions ina proper way which is also extremely rude. I love Dairy Queen but I?m never going here again.
I’m extremely disappointed! The customer service was terrible; the cashier actually rolled her eyes while checking the offers. To make matters worse, the ice cream quality was poor. I ordered a cone, and the ice cream was neither sweet nor creamy, and the cone was stale. I recommend finding a different location.

All I can say is not bad. It isn't perfect but I never set my expectations that high. The place felt weird for reasons I can't remember, just the atmosphere of the environment was in the slight bit off putting. The wait time was a bit of a bother butultimately it delivered! I give an exact 4.
The soft serve ice cream here is excellent, but the lines can be quite slow when it gets busy. With only one cashier and one person preparing items for customers, the process tends to drag on. Having two people serving ice cream might help speed things up.
It's mo day November 14th and it says there open til 9pm got here at 840pm and there closed already,this happens to much here.
Like the ice cream parlors from my childhood in the city, only thing missing was a juke box. Small and quaint. Liked it a lot

Today I wentto get the free icecream cone and they kept insisting me that had to donate money to get FREE ICECREAM.
Lines are always wayyy too long because they always have one person working! Need more worker at a time!!
