Dairy Queen - Reserva de mesa

Will never return here! After ordering all my birthday cakes over years from here walked in to get one I ordered … I wasn’t wearing a mask One table in there was unmasked eating I was 10 feet from the employee who refused to get my cake because I didn’t have a mask nor did she have one to offer me … the masks are unconditional and neighboring states don’t require them! Shame on this business.. if they want to enforce and someone doesn’t wear one in offer them one !!! I’m done with this place ! The owner contacted me and appologized but explained that as a small business he is in a tough spot due to the governors mandate..I am from Michigan and there is no mask mandate there..I think Illinois...

Ive been going to this place since elementary school and I always order a cotton candy blizzard(im 24 now). This is the only dairy queen I know that consistently has cotton candy blizzards because I didnt even know it was a seasonal or special at otherdairy queens until I tried to order at other locations and they looked at me funny. Ya, some dude there can be hella grumpy whenhe works buuuut I overlook that since this place is reliable. My sister is scared to talk to the guy when he works tho(shes 17)as she has social anxiety. Anyway, would recommend if you want a cotton candy blizzard. Woop.

I took my kids to DQ today. My son was complaining that I ordered him a small blizzard instead of a medium. The man working made the blizzard in a small cup then dropped it in a medium cup. He announced the medium blizzard was ready to go. He made my son's day and I got a quick laugh. Thanks for being awesome!

What appeared to be the owner/manager was very polite and friendly and provided great service. The young girl that served our ice cream didn't smile or say anything and acted like she was being forced to be there otherwise probably would have been 5 stars.

The girl working was super sweet and personable. I have a 3 and a half year old daughter and she put a song on for her. Ice cream is always good but the customer service here is amazing as well.

I recently Stopped into my local DQ. Had one of the Best Experiences of my Life buying an Ice Cream Treat. JERSEY IS INCREDIBLE. Best service at this Establishment

My wife and I stopped in after visiting Sparrow?s Nest. We ordered 2 sundae's. We really enjoyed them and staff was nice.
