I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I take my granddaughters to Dairy Queen at least once a week, but after waiting over 30 minutes for our food, I decided to ask for an update. The staff asked what I had ordered, which only added to my frustration. Eventually, I opted to request a refund. Joyce, one of the employees, informed me that they were behind on orders, to which I responded that we should have been notified about the delay. When I mentioned that I would go elsewhere, she reacted with a very unpleasant attitude, telling me to "do what you gotta do." I was shocked by her rudeness as she repeated it. We will never return to this Dairy Queen again.
I typically have a wonderful experience at this restaurant, but during my recent visit, I ordered a double burger and was disappointed to find the patties to be thin and small. However, everything else was outstanding, including the service and the prompt delivery of the food.
I just had lunch at Dairy Queen in Hemphill, and I wanted to share my experience. There was a woman behind the counter named Joyce, and she was incredibly kind and friendly. She really represents your company wonderfully.
This is the best DQ Blizzard I've ever tasted, and I've sampled them all while traveling throughout the US. Thank you, Shai!

Dirty, service slow, no napkins they were out. Nacho chips were horrible we threw them out.
This is the 4th time I’ve paid extra to get something added for it to not be on there!
