I went to Lanes, yesterday. I have to say that of all the times I have frequented this establishment, I was never so disappointed. I ordered mozzarella sticks, which I always order when I eat there. They were served to me at room temperature, bordering on cold. In addition, onion rings were ordered. Later, I was told there were none available. I dealt with that and said nothing. However, the problem for me wasn't really the food temperature or an order that was not available. It ended with a bathroom break before I left there. Upon using the restroom, I sat in some elses urine, a dimly lit bathroom, no paper towels with which to dry my hands or clean the back of my leg... Upon leaving, I men...

Their laundry mat has only 3 dryers working, not doing good maintenance on laundry mat
I had a hamburger, and it was absolutely delicious fresh off the grill!
