I went there this past weekend to grab a bite to eat with my family. Let me say this I have been there serval times and never had any problems til this last time. We had asked if there was still time to dine in or better off taking it to go. The young lady said we 45 mins til we close the inside. So we got the family down from the car and we stood in line for about 15 mins and all the employees just sat there and stared at us. The cook who was on the heavier side Mexican girl or lady kept saying if “they don’t leave I’m not cooking” and “ I’m not staying all night for theses people” which in my opinion was very rude. Because she made it clear to us she didn’t want us there. So we still waite...
The website indicated that Milk Queen opens at 10:00 AM. I arrived at around 10:25 AM to the drive-thru this morning, only to find that it was closed. I returned at 10:35 AM and it was still closed. Additionally, there were no business hours posted on the main entrance doors or windows. It is important for them to update their hours online to avoid inconveniencing customers who expect them to be open. There were two workers at the door who could have at least informed customers about the opening time, as it was already past 10:00 AM when I arrived twice.
I forgot that I don't like their French fries, but my family ate them. Tater tots are an off menu choice. My hot Fudge sundae was good, but a little on the small size. Burgers were very tasty. They made an error with our order, but fixed it immediately and without argument. A two meat patty sandwich is supposed to have two meat patties.
Worst French fries ever, unable to eat, hard like they been deep fried over a dozen times, really nasty. Very disappointed. They need to learn a few things from Mount Vernon Dairy Queen that always has fresh delicious food.

The food at this restaurant was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The manager was very gracious and the restaurant was spotlessly clean.
The food was fresh and served hot, but considering the price I paid and the small portions, I would have been better off staying home and cooking. LOL.
