I am editing this review because of what happened and how I was treated after I got home and opened my order. It was not what I had ordered. After finally being able to speak to the night manager he explained what he thought had happened. I do understand mistakes. However, I do not understand having to pay for a product that I literally threw into the garbage as it was not something I would eat. Please be sure to check your orders before you leave the drive through. Also, evidently they do not offer to replace the product that you ordered.
The food has always been good, but one of the things that keeps me coming back is the politeness of their staff in providing customer service. In fact, all staff are consistently polite and customer oriented which makes me think this is a training priority established by the owners or managers. I'm a happy customer!
This is a lovely little restaurant with the friendliest staff. They are quick to bring food to the table, and the dishes are always served hot. The restaurant is very clean, and the atmosphere is bright and cheerful. Overall, it is a great place to grab a bite to eat, relax, and enjoy some conversation.
The new burgers at this restaurant are not as advertised. The smaller burger is not 1/4 of a pound as claimed, and the double meat option is misleading. The establishment needs to ensure accuracy in their product descriptions.

The service at this restaurant was awful and the young girl with black hair in the car was very rude. I would not recommend Milk Queen to anyone.
Best customer service ever! Karl and Brittany were so quick and understanding with my order. They are definition of service with a smile!
Food is ok, but don't go through the drive thru. Only place I know that makes you pull up and wait almost longer than if you went inside.
