I have been a regular at this restaurant for years and always thought it was the best Dairy Queen around. However, my opinion changed yesterday. I ordered two Hungry Man meals and waited for the usual 20 minutes to receive my food. Right from the start, there was a ding in the service, but the food was always fresher before. I don't know what happened, but this time my burger was soggy and tasted like it had been microwaved. It was so bad that it made us gag. The vegetables on the burger were scalding hot, even hotter than the burger patty itself, leading me to believe that the burgers are microwaved. None of the ingredients seemed fresh. I don't even want to give this place a star and will not be back your staff lacks customer service and clearly doesn't care on night shift the drive thru is horrible they tell you to pull around but you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes before they even bring the order out to you by the time I got my order on 1/21/22 the fries where cold from what I could see from the drive thru window the grill cooks where not wearing gloves. Just horrible service all around will be posting this on social media as well as other sites and I will be contacting the BBB as well.

This may be the best Dairy Queen I have ever been to, and I am a native Texan. My husband ordered the warm fries, which were hot and fresh from the fryer. The burger was also hot, flavorful, and freshly made. I am now a loyal customer. Everything was just as it should be - hot, crispy, tender, and the toppings tasted like they were cut specifically for my sandwich. Well done to all of you! Thank you!

I use to eat hear alot but I noticed about 2 years ago that the people preparing the food weren't wearing gloves. I talked to them about it and moved on. I decided to give them another try today and the same thing!!! The people prepare the food without gloves or any utensils! They just pick your bread, meat and accessories up by hand... Greeted when we were walking in by a sweet employee outside with a smile. Personable employees, all of them were friendly, happy and smiling. Our order was taken quickly and our food came out hot, fresh, arranged nicely in the basket And was Delicious ? Very Much Recommend This Dairy Queen. It was clean, bright, and cheery. The manager informed me that they are not required to wear gloves. I pointed out that the person preparing the food was touching a rag and a marker, leading to potential cross-contamination. The manager shrugged in response. I have decided to report this to the health department.

Worst hamburgers ever. Ordered 2 Hunger Busters was told to pull around they would be brought out 15 mins later i went in. Finally got burgers which by then were cold. No apologies. Meat was cold, thin, tasteless. 9.00 waited wont be back
