I normally am not one to post bad reviews, as everyone has a bad day. Employees don't show up, rude people, etc. I get it. However, my husband and I stopped to have a burger and ice cream. I get it was late, but, it was 8:48 when we were ordering, and I asked if we could still sit in the lobby. I was told that as long as we were done eating by 9:00 as the lobby closes at 9:00, but we could sit at the tables outside. Mind you it WAS STORMING OUTSIDE, I said to the cashier it is storming out and she says yeah we're supposed to get hail too, but you want us to sit outside. At this point I was just shaking my head, so I just ordered ice cream, but my husband orders a burger meal. We are waiting...
I was just there using the drive up window. I ordered a simple chocolate malt. When I got it it was like the consistency of milk, not ice cream at all! So I said I would like it to be thick like a normal malt. She did take it back said she would remake it. Then some one came to the window told me the next time I order a malt they will not re make it for me! She told me this is the way they make it. I am almost 70 I think I know how a malt is suppose to be. I told her I have had MANY malts from Dairy Queen and they have never been like a glass of milk.This is the first time I have ever sent any thing back to be redone and I could not believe how rude she was. Guys as a person who used to work here I can confirm it really is as bad as it’s made out to be, us poor kids are over worked and under paid. It was horrible going there each day and the managers were so delusional always demanding more out of us like this is some top tier restaurant? I also just want to say on my first day working there my very first day the guy training some was showing me how to do some stuff in the freezer and he just spilled chocolate everywhere then told me that it was fine and continued to pick it up off the floor and put it back into the container to later to be served to customers, he also told me that it was fine to vape in the freezer because there was no cameras?
You have a great place! Chicken strip baskets are our favorite! Just a small adjustment would get you 5 stars... go light on the salt for the fries. The last 2 visits they have been way too salty. I had to send one order back to the kitchen because I could scoop the salt out of the basket, and the fries were destroyed. Please consider this adjustment.

This location messed up my order and refused to fix it. Poorly run store. I understand, mistakes happen but make it right when it does. edit after response I already tried dealing with you once and got extremely rude service from the children that run your business. I was driving through town and will never be back again. Do better.
This is the best place in town to get a sweet frozen treat. They had so many different things to order from with is great for my family of picky eaters. 10 out of 10 would recommend going there and trying the New York Cheesecake Blizzard
They did not give us all of are food and when we ask to get the rest of are food they were rude and said they were not going to give us the rest of it. Wort service ever and it took 30 minutes to get a littel bit off food.
Logan was amazing.He's great at greeting and has a positive attitude everyday. ? Love the food it's delicious ? ?. Keep up the good work everyone.
