Dairy Queen - Reservar una mesa

Ok, I like the breakfast bowls at Dairy Queen, but the store on Popular Level Rd is just a mess. I don't know who manages that store but they need help. I don't go often but the few times I have went the service is not good at all. The last two times I went I set in drive thru foe awhile before I drove. No one came on and said anything. I went in this morning just to see what the hold up was because there are no other cars in the drive thru or the parking lot accept maybe one. I go in the girl on the front line is new and she doesn't know what the hell she is doing. Then there is the cook who is trying to cook and show here how to work the register at the same damn time. Did I mention they are the only two working. I asked for a french toast bowl with sausage and the new girl is having hard time ringing my order up and then tells me they are out of syrup. I was like fine I have some at work. She still can't ring up my order and then the cooks yells from the back that they gave no shredded cheese, but she can lay a slice of american cheese. At this point I was just like forget it. This store needs someone to step in ASAP! I'm not sure why it is even open.

Sat in the drive thru 20 plus min along with a whole bunch of other people , finally walked inside nobody in there I said is the intercom down or something the 2 employees laughed and said yep. I said you could make a sign or tell people it's not working. They did neither. Had no bananas, no straws, no cup holders. Trash

Did not have any sausage. The meal was prepared and reheated in a microwave. Eggs were brown. The toast was served in a baggies which made it soggy. Food was put in carry out containers and we were eating there.

Everytime I come the staff is incredibly rude. Also was apparently closed with no indication at 6:30 pm on a Saturday. No idea what is going on inside this establishment.

I just LOVE their Oreo blizzard... Although service could really improve!
