My family and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We spent a lot of money and ordered some drinks at the counter. I ordered two cherry slushies, but they tasted like unsweetened cherry Kool-Aid over ice. When I asked for a remake or a different drink, the teenager working behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Despite everyone agreeing that there was something wrong with the drink, she refused to provide a refund or a replacement. Overall, the customer service was disappointing and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Note them when they screw up their order, they will not repair it, they will not refund them, and they will call them out their names when they complain. I was called "b!tch" by one of the girls on the counter. I'm so disgusting, I'll never return here.
