If possible I would give this location 0 stars. After supporting their business for years, the quality and staff are seriously lacking in service. The store is always out of ice-cream flavors and toppings so you are made to comprise on your dessert decision. On the topic of the staff, it is all young, not very well trained, teenagers and very few on shift at that. Not only can they not get the order right but a few have also given attitude towards customers with simple requests. Recently the store had also closed early for no apparent reason and the family member of a dairy queen worker was disrespecting young kids who were just trying to enjoy some DQ. Keep in mind that they closed an hour...
PROS: This DQ is very clean compared to others and is also very large. Lots of room to sit, form a line at the counter, and the staff is also nice. Tons of parking and its within other shops so the location is good. CONS: They are very slow. The line was long because it looked like they didn't want to be there OVERALL: I'll come back here at some point but not if I'm in a rush
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Spent a whole hour there waiting to get serviced. Asked for a Royal Cheesecake Blizzard and they added Vanilla chocolate and chocolate chips. Had to asked them to change them and they gave me just vanilla ice cream. The girl was very rude and the guy needs better training. Also the place looks disgusting. Definitely don’t recommend.
I was here for National Cone Day on 3/20, as were a whole lot of other people. Despite the endless line of people wanting free ice cream, the 2 employees this evening were pleasant, quick and efficient. Big acknowledgement for their customer service.

I was there during a rush of people, kids and parents. The place was very loud but the two young girls behind the counter handled themselves like champs, remained professional and provided service with a smile.
I visited last week and was disappointed to find that they had very little ice cream available. Additionally, the cup I ordered was barely filled. I won't be returning.
I visited Allendale Dairy Queen and paid $6.14 for a sundae. The same order at the Wyckoff location cost $5.60. The service was good at both places.
Blizzards still coming up short. Ask for a L , get what amounts to a M get charged for L. Fillings are minimal. Staff needs to be trained.

Delicious. The Blizzards are always well blended with a generous amount of treats.
Went with my daughter for some ice cream. Great service and friendly staff.
