I got a pumpkin blizzard and I saw that they had to serve it upside down or I would get a free one. they didn 't serve the blizzard upside down and refused to give me a free one or make any kind of concession. the worst part was when the manager came out an yelled at me saying "we don 't do that here! to proceed to walk away. talk about false advertising. and I was excited because I grew up going to dairy Queen. this place has some of the worst service I 've ever seen.
Kid was completely rude when it was his mistake. Got really agitated when I call him out on it. Too many places to choose from to get this type of treatment and all over DRINKS. Won’t be going there again. Sorry but this location needs to do better. Especially the guy at the window. Not cool. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
