This is my last trip to a Dairy queen. The buildings are nice the staff is nice and the food is somewhat tasty. But over the years Dairy Queen has cut back on the size of their burgers and the quality somehow is lacking what it used to be. I used to love stopping at a Dairy Queen when I was younger. I would drive and stop at Dairy Queen's all over the country. The food is not the way it used to be. The burgers are much drier now than they were before, and they don't put all the extra unless you ask for them. Like lettuce tomato that type thing.
We stopped in here on our way to Baton Rouge. The food was hot and delicious. The staff were friendly and fast. The inside and bathrooms were clean. We were just gonna use the bathroom and grab some food to get back on the road but once we got inside we decided to eat inside and take a little break from driving. We will definitely be visiting this location again after such a great experience.
I drove through to get my grandson a kids' meal and added a simple hamburger with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I repeated the order several times! I also ordered a root beer and fries, and the total came to $17. When I got home, I discovered that my grandson didn't get his Sprite and my burger had mustard on it! I absolutely hate mustard! I was the only customer there—why is it so difficult?
It took over 30 minutes to get two burgers, and they mistakenly served us a children's burger instead of the A1 we ordered. It also took more than 5 minutes just for someone to take our order. This was probably one of the worst dining experiences I've had. This place has really declined, and I won't be returning. At least the manager seemed to be making an effort. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food is decent overall, but the customer service is completely unacceptable. The staff has rude and disrespectful attitudes without any apparent reason. They seem to be more focused on goofing around than serving customers, which is incredibly frustrating. I have no intention of returning.
