During my recent visit to Dairy Queen Grill Chill, my order consisted of some slush for an ice cream treat, as well as onion rings. I admit I did not go into this location for anything but n ice cream cone as I was sore and tired and needed a break from the long drive back to Toronto. However you can tell things about a place from how clean and well run they are. the place is extremely clean and I saw enough customers getting their own orders of hot food and aw hem enjoying heir orders. The huge amount of freezer space here shows they do a huge amount of take home treats. i know next time I am in the area I will return to this local location that is a hundred times cleaner than any in Toronto.

This review mainly addresses the cake ordering service. You can only place a cake order by going into the store; they don't accept online orders. When I tried to call, the phone just kept ringing until I was informed that the voicemail was full. What kind of business operates without a reliable phone line? Smaller location but found the staff to be attentive and supportive of customer needs. Often there is a line out the door but the team is well trained and turning out food quickly.Outside seating would help, particularly wihmth an ice cream shopWashrooms weren't could have used additional attention.

I ordered a cake for our gender reveal, and I was really impressed! They took the time to create a sign in both pink and blue. The skor cake was also fantastic. I'm very happy with the experience!

There's a great variety of treats available, and my kids love this spot for ice cream. However, the service could use some improvements. I also wish they offered halal options.
