I go to the drive thru in Hanover maybe once a week. No matter what day or time it is, the employees are always professional and pleasant. I’ve been the only customer in line and I’ve been there when there’s a dozen cars in the drive through. They don’t get frazzled or mess up the order. Just wanted to let management and customers know that the team in Hanover is such an asset to Dairy Queen.
It was my first time at DQ in a long while, and it exceeded all my fond memories! The burgers were exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The place was very clean as well! Initially, I felt a bit daunted by the long lines, but I quickly noticed they were moving swiftly. It's an amazing establishment offering great value!
Atmosphere is great! Food is average and the ice cream is good. Service was ok depends on the employee. For the record I do like small ice cream parlors and local shops. This is my opinion on this location. It’s a decent spot to have a great treat.Parking: Tons of parking!Kid-friendliness: This is definitely a kids place!
The manager was extremely rude, both to customers and delivery personnel. He had a bald head and facial hair, which added to his unfriendly demeanor. It seemed like he might have been frustrated after spending all day stapling bags. Reserva una mesa ahora
The mint Oreo Blizzard is absolutely the best! I really hope they offer it all year long. It's always delicious and consistently great here!
Only downside was the manager said I got a free blizzard for my birthday, but not true 500 points were taken.

"Took my hubby here for a surprise date night. Had a good time. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Drinks were good. Server was polite but very busy so it was hard to locate him at times. Will return again."
