Dairy Queen Grill Chill

This restaurant is absolutely absurd! I have visited it twelve times in the past six months and every time, the lobby has been closed. When I asked why, I was told they were short-staffed by a young employee. Charging $10 for a shake and not having enough staff to open the lobby is unacceptable. Dairy Queen? More like Dairy Clown! I would rather give up eating ice cream altogether than give this DQ any more of my money.

I don't typically frequent this restaurant, but I have fond memories of coming here with my mom when I was younger. Feeling nostalgic, I decided to order my long-time favorite - the peanut buster parfait. The combination of vanilla soft serve ice cream, hot fudge, and Spanish peanuts was just as incredible as I remembered. I may return soon to indulge in another childhood favorite, the buster bar.

Overcharged about $10. I was told a bunch of nonsense to justify it. Got offered a free ice cream cone to compensate. Had to stand my ground to get refunded, and by that I mean I had to threaten to stay until I got my money back. Customer service and management could use a bit of coaching. Food was good though.

The ice cream at this restaurant is fantastic! Make sure to arrive well before they close, as there is usually a long line. Unfortunately, we missed out on getting ice cream twice because they closed before we reached the drive-thru. However, I can say that the crunch cone is definitely worth the wait! Please note them! Sunday night only the drive thru was open waiting cars can wait to the road. relatiw fast service, so line moved, only do not expect it to move like this Chick-en place! eating was just what I expected. be careful when they come in or go out. it's a lively place.

allow at least 15 to 20 minutes for the journey through the service. best grilled chicken sandwich in the city for fast eating since real huh, although not listed on the menu. you can get rid of if you didn't order. they can't get salate or tomato if they just don't ask for soak.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 30 mins for my blizzard to be half melted, they didn?t hand it to me upside down like they are supposed to; plus all the food was cold and some of the fries were still frozen like they were not cooked all the way.I?m very disappointed.

Bad location. I paid $12 for food I don't even want to eat. Check this out. Biggest rip off ever. People don't just have money to go get other food or do whatever sometimes. Just do your job guys. Reserva una mesa ahora

it was busy, normally it is, so we were ready for it. the personal usually works fast, so it is not a big wait. we only had a fight, but they were good!
