I’ve been wanting to write a review for this DQ location for a while now. I moved to the area a couple of years ago and have visited this DQ frequently, and I've always had a great experience. I usually go through the drive-thru, and while there might be a bit of a wait for hot food, that's perfectly fine because they always bring it out to you piping hot and freshly made! I’m consistently impressed with the high quality of the food and service here, and the staff is always nice and friendly—kudos to this franchise! You’re doing everything right!
I ordered two Chicken Strip Baskets, a Blizzard, and a milkshake. I waited 20 minutes at the pickup window before receiving my food. Both Chicken Baskets only had 3 pieces of chicken instead of the 4 or 6 that are supposed to come with the meal. Also, the toast was missing from both orders. We didn't order the $7 Box, which would have included a drink and a sundae; we didn't ask for any drinks or sundaes. This isn't the first time we've had issues at this location, which is unfortunate since it's the closest one to us.
It took 18 minutes to receive an order for a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a pop. That?s a very long time for something pretty basic especially when others that arrived after you get their food sooner. There was also an additional charge for bbq sauce,which generally comes with a bacon cheeseburger anywhere else. On the positive side, it was a decent burger.
My dad placed our order with the worker behind the counter. They informed him that some items were not available, but only mentioned one of them. Unfortunately, my turkey BLT sandwich was unavailable too, but they didn't tell us that. As a result, I had to make a special trip to get something else. I opted for the fish sandwich, and it was really good.

I've never encountered a staff of young people with such genuine compassion for their customers as those at this DQ. I wouldn't consider going to any other location. And did I mention that their food is the best in the area? The young employees always greet me with a smile when I walk in, which adds to the overall positive experience.
A consistent go-to for the two of us after shopping. The vanilla ice cream here stands out—it's better than what you find at other DQ locations. Portions are generous and offer great value. The staff is friendly and courteous.
The food was delicious and the service excellent. The staff were friendly, and although we waited a few minutes for our order, it arrived promptly and was definitely worth the wait!
I was surprised by how many employees were coughing near the ice area. However, it was my first visit with my 2-year-old granddaughter, and she really enjoyed herself!

I do not recommend using Uber Eats for this restaurant. They give priority to walk-in customers over online orders, resulting in long delays for deliveries.
The dairy queen down the road in riverdale is genuinely awful and the staff are abusive. Just go to this one, this dairy queen is great.
