I am very dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant! I ordered chicken Alfredo and was shocked to find bacon in my dish, as I do not eat pork for various reasons. The manager showed no remorse for the mistake and offered me a ten dollar credit or a new pasta dish. I declined both options because I do not trust the restaurant's food safety practices. The manager then tried to justify the error by explaining that the chicken and pork are stored near each other, just like pineapples and green peppers are near each other on a veggie pizza. I placed a small order of breadsticks yesterday 11/17/23. They were dry, no flavor and overcooked; far from the pizza hut breadsticks from past. Also, no sauce. I have not ordered pizza hut in years since the last time from this location was poorly made pizza. After reading posts, admin, please don’t bother responding with your generic fluffy comments in how you are sorry and hope to have me back soon. I won’t be back.
This place is a 1 star. There is a blonde woman who I saw making our food, with her bear hands and no gloves. We ordered a meal deal that included pizza, breadsticks, and a 2L bottle of soda. Unfortunately, the soda was missing from our order. However, after I called the restaurant, they provided us with a credit on our account and promptly delivered the missing soda. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was excellent.

The 6 traditional wings did not arrive as ordered; instead, we received boneless wings, which was confusing. The 6" personal pan pizza was unpleasant. Additionally, the bag was ripped when I picked it up from my door, leaving me unsure if it had been tampered with.
This restaurant is overpriced and serves low-quality food. The crust of the pizza is bland and greasy, especially with the small or medium sizes. Your best bet is to go for a personal pan or large pizza.
This location is a carry out location for myself because it doesn't deliver to my address. I wish it had a drive thru, especially during the winter. Food and service are always great!
