I wish I had a better experience to share. When I arrived, I noticed a handwritten note on a box in front of the register saying they'd be back in 30 minutes. I waited around but still didn't see anyone. After walking to 7-Eleven, I returned about 15 minutes later and still found no one there. I was quite disappointed and found the situation very unprofessional. I won’t be trying to visit that location again.
I visited this Dairy Queen on a Saturday morning, and it was extremely busy! There was just one employee working alone, yet she managed to handle the huge crowd remarkably well. She took care of the rush in just five minutes and was incredibly fast and friendly. My order was taken and prepared in under two minutes. I was really impressed and would definitely come back to this Dairy Queen again!
Go to the Auntie Aunt’s next door!! The employee working 1:55 shift) would not come out from the back so we had to wait 5 min. The whole time she seemed like she was in a bad mood, rolling an eye when we asked her for an extra spoon. TO TOP IT OFF, she ended up giving us the wrong order.When we went back to ask her about it, she said that it was our fault for ordering wrong :
I walked in at 4:30 pm on Saturday February 1, 2020 to order something from the DQ. The girl at the counter said “I’m on break”. So I asked “Well, is there someone who is not on break who can serve me?” She just said no. So then I asked “How long are you on break?” She replied 30 minutes. There was no one there! Even called to the back. Saw someone serving a large line just a few minutes before guess she's was just done after that? Looked for a sign that said maybe she had stepped away, but just a sign asking for people to apply to work there...
Every time we stop here there is ethier nobody around to take an order or like tonight it's just before 8 and they are closed... Disappointing
I arrived at Dairy Queen at 7:30 PM, but it was closed. Google Maps indicated it would be open until 8:30 PM. What a disappointment!
