I had to visit this restaurant twice to try their food. On my first visit at around 7:30 PM, I discovered they were only serving ice cream at that time. The following day, I returned for lunch and ordered the double deluxe 2 cheese stackburger along with regular fries (without a drink) at the drive-up ordering station. Once I reached the window, I was given the total and made my payment. A few minutes later, I received my order without any comments or offers for condiments. When I parked and opened the bag, I found just the burger and fries—no napkins or ketchup included. Although the food was delicious, I felt it was overpriced at around $9.50 for what I received. The lobby has been closed for several months now. Unfortunately, if you don't have a car, you can't place an order, which is disappointing for many kids in my neighborhood who used to bike there for ice cream. With the lobby closed, it has become too unsafe for them to do so. I will no longer be supporting this business.
I went to the Rhill-DQ to get my boxer a cup of ice and they were so sweet to put up a bisquit. She has lymphoma (cancers) and we decided to return for several more. They were so kind when I told them what they were for.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The service was fantastic, and the BLT salad was excellent. The place was clean, and Mr. Jim, who served me, was outstanding.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food and ice cream were outstanding. Additionally, both the restaurant and restrooms were kept very clean.

The lobby is closed during dinner hours for no obvious reason. The Oreos tasted stale, so I had to discard the Blizzard.
Richmond Hill DQ is an excellent place to enjoy a meal or treat the kids. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.
