Horrible customer service . As I was waiting in line the lady on the intercom was so rude in saying hey I don’t understand what are you saying and I repeated it several times. I get it if ur have hard time to listen you can just respectfully and politely say please come over to the window as I am having hard times hearing rather being so disrespectful and making this whole experience so uncomfortable. I had this experience in the same location previously so I felt it’s worth reporting .
This Dairy Queen is unsanitary and our blizzards were soup and disgusting. I decided to get a dilly bar instead and it was freezer burnt and chunky. DO NOT RECOMMEND! GO TO THE OTHER MFLD LOCATION. P.S. It smelled sooo bad, like sour milk inside. Also very expensive. couldn’t even finish my ice cream DISGUSTING!!!!!! Very sketchy
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The service was excellent, with friendly and efficient staff, and the food was delicious as always. I enjoyed my time there. Additionally, the venue is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to enter and exit from the first floor, and there is ample parking available.

This place offers amazing ice cream! That said, their hot dogs had a jerky-like flavor, similar to Slim Jims, haha. They were still tasty, but the cooking of the hot dogs could be improved.
Tasty fall offerings, simple menu, very clean, and the sweetest staff ever! I know where my new snack spot is
Very slow service. Not enough staff. Understandable given the times, but not practical for a quick bite
