The Dairy Queen used to be such a fun place to ride bike to with the family in the Summer. Everyone got a Blizzard, but prices of everything (yes I know they went up everywhere) went up so much that one can hardly afford to bring the whole family in for an ice-cream! We used to visit once a week. Now it's once a month. Remember when the Blizzards used to have all the extra candy or fruit topping? Not anymore. Now they actually turn it upside down and show you! If there was extra on top it would fall out. DQ still has great ice cream. I guess not being able to visit as often makes it more of a treat. I know this is a starter job for most teens and I support that but; some supervision would be appreciated. Six times now we have had a bad experience and just chalk it up to training and first job jitters. But I've been over charged and given blended messes and over filled cups that make a complete mess or half of what it should be. Greatly disappointed and will now drive further to avoid needing to unnecessarily clean my car and change clothes. I'm ordering soft-serve not a good fight!
Have to say that I was in line at 9:05pm...looking forward to a great treat. Waited for the people in front of me and then a young lady told me they closed at 9:00 and she couldn't take my order...WOW....in today's world I guess this is how a business should operate...I'm really glad that they found employees to tell x customers that they couldn't take the order....
What happened to dairy Queen I didn't know they were in the banking business and you needed to get a home loan just to get an ice cream cone in a malt I know that the tasty treat down on the other end of town is a far better deal they could have all of dairy Queen's money if they would just stay open longer

I love it when their Dilly Buster bars are on sale. It helps save money we get to share with visitors to our small business.
