I would give zero if it were possible. I wanted to give a custom job and I understand that they are busy before Mother's Day, but there is one way to talk to people. the lady was super rude and unpleasant. zero customer service skills. such a shame, but I don't feel like I'm shopping or recommending them. I also called in the morning to ask a question and the guy who answered the phone was also super rude. Maybe that's her mentality. to happiness there are other great bakeries in the opposite. I only read the other reviews, and I see that I'm not the only one that feels like that. I would think if a company even had a bed review, they would want to correct the way they behave. After hearing good reviews, I decided to try this restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately, most of the positive reviews were for their croissants and puff pastries. I ended up ordering a honey cake and a double chocolate eclair, which turned out to be quite pricey at $13. However, the taste did not justify the cost. The honey cake was stale and had a slightly tangy flavor, indicating that it was likely several days old. The sponge was also not soft. The eclair's outer covering was similarly not soft, and the filling had a faint chocolate taste. Overall, I found the quality to be subpar. I didn't even finish my dessert, despite normally loving sweets.
