Walked in with a reservation. Restaurant failed to reserve a table for us. Once seated at a table not accommodating for our party of 5, no one ever greeted us, apologized for the wait,nor took our drink order. We were completely disregarded. After waiting over 30 minutes with no one ever approaching our table or checking in on us, we decided to leave. We have been loyal customers frequenting Pizzaiolo on the average of 2 times per month over the past 8 years. Absolutely love this place! All decorated for Christmas! So cute! So safe even have outdoor seating which is such a plus! So many places don’t have outdoor seating! The food is unforgettable they have THE BEST sweet potato fries, bruschetta, salad coffee! Oh my gawdddd the coffeeeee is to die for! 10000/10000 recommend getting the gingerbread latte!
The starters were delicious. However, the main course lacked in aroma. The service was excellent. It is important to take into account the calculation of the extra tip. A six dollar charge for credit card use is too high. Overall, I would not return or recommend this restaurant to others.

The service at the restaurant was excellent. However, the food was just average. While nothing was bad, there was nothing that stood out or made us want to return.
Everyone enjoyed! Been dying to get there forever- will definitely be back. Perfect for families, small kids to grandparents!
Possibly the best pizza in the area! Everything else on the menu is also delicious. This is a great spot for a casual meal.
