Walked in with a reservation. Restaurant failed to reserve a table for us. Once seated at a table not accommodating for our party of 5, no one ever greeted us, apologized for the wait,nor took our drink order. We were completely disregarded. After waiting over 30 minutes with no one ever approaching our table or checking in on us, we decided to leave. We have been loyal customers frequenting Pizzaiolo on the average of 2 times per month over the past 8 years. Great food. Nice people. Tough location. The strip mall sidewalk is a great location during the virus, but I would love to see the chef cook in a nicer room when it is over. We have tried many dishes and recommend anything from the specials. BYO makes this an easy hit on the wallet. Great for groups.

Appetizers were good. Entry food taste poor. Service was very good. Calculation of the additional tip must be considered. A six dollar fee for using a credit card is excessive. Of course I wouldn't come back or recommend your restaurant to everyone.

Very very good stuff and very helpful, good atmosphere overall although it is outside, very good and delicious food, size is good too, prices are a little high .
