The hotel bar area is a pleasant place to have a drink before your meal, with comfortable seating, suitable music at comfortable volume and interesting black and white photographs. The bar staff seemed busy and it was several minutes before anyone acknowledged us seated at the bar waiting to order drinks. The meal itself was very good, cooked well and well presented. The service was a little slow and we did wonder if they were understaffed on our Thursday night. We made several attempts to catch the eye of any member of staff fleeting by in order to ask about the menu, more water, more bread etc. No one came to 'see how we were getting on ' or if we required anything else. great atmosphere before drink. excellent escaping in the ground floor with a beautiful ambiente. service very good as usual. family Sunday lunch with daughter and enkelin. the personal is really nice, especially with our enkelin. will definitely return as we have visited a few paints and never disappointed 10/10

Birthday for my partner. New menu had just been introduced. Was fabulous.
