I would give this place zero stars if that was a possibility. I went once and ordered a vegan cone and was given a paper cup; maybe that is supposed to be funny?! When I asked what flavors were vegan one of the ones I was told was vegan had honey in it so I was skeptical they knew what vegan means. I had the worst stomach issues that night and the next day so I wonder if whatever I had was not actually vegan. Several months later I decided to go back and give the place a second try. I called 30 minutes before I showed up to ask for a pint to be packed so I could just pick it up. They said it would be 10 minutes and when I showed up 30 minutes later it still wasn 't packed. We visited for the first time and ordered the triple chocolate and the salted caramel brookie, and it was a delight! The flavors were incredibly satisfying, showcasing the quality of each ingredient. The combinations are thoughtfully crafted, and I can appreciate this because I used to work in the R&D department and operations of an international brand. Kudos to the team! Nichole provided exceptional service to us. Keep up the great work! You've inspired my daughter to consider working there because the store is very clean, and the staff are friendly with excellent customer service. We would love to see some sugar-free options available, though!

A few months later, I decided to give the place another chance. I called 30 minutes ahead to request that a pint be packed for me to pick up. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but when I arrived 30 minutes later, it wasn't packed at all. I tried the vegan Nanaimo bar flavor, and there was something in the entire pint that had the texture of soggy bits of paper. It was awful, especially considering the price. A standout choice is their individual dessert options. For milkshakes, you can choose from oat or coconut milk. They also serve kombucha and affogato.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed their offerings. During my visit, I tried the strawberry honeycomb and the mint chocolate chip ice cream, both of which were delicious. The atmosphere was bright and airy, making it a unique place to be.

They offer a variety of seasonal vegan flavors as well as beloved favorites that are always on the menu. There's always something new to explore, and the regular vegan options are fantastic too.
