We needed to have oxtails for a small family get together. So I did a google search for Caribbean food and Darieux Cafe Catering came up in my search. I gave Ms. Darieux a call and told her my situation. She was pleasant and gracious. She prepared her amazing, outstanding oxtail stew. It was the talk of the party. Even the children loved it.
