Location: Beautiful hiking area. The Art Nouveau Villa stands on the mountain, above Annweiler am Trifels, in the district of Bindersbach. Free parking is on site. Opposite one has the unadjusted view of Trifels. After dinner you can also make a cozy, small round around the pretty park of Annweiler, which starts right in front of the door. Ambience: Well maintained house. Cosy, dark wood but bright walls do not make it seem gloomy. Especially the beautiful, cunning corner table is my favorite. Outside is a large terrace and below is a beer garden. An unusual seminar room on stilts “floats” above the valley and next door Tiny-Ferien houses are built in the same style. Toilets are on the same floor, 2 cabins for ladies, daylight, windows, with fine ram fragrance, clean. Personnel: was friendly, trained and engaged until an operation (they hung in the next room all the time and we had to make ourselves first noticeable). Eating: The small vasper card, which is about noon, is actually a normal, small card. Everything was fresh, tasty and made yourself: herbal butter, delicate, tasty, juicy meat, soup (without finished powder)... From the taste I like it strong, spicy, hearty. Here, however, everything is fine, but also exotic (lenses with a hint of lemon grass and chili) in taste. Only the vegetables were something too al dente. Also the cake (we have tried 5 different varieties and taken along) was all tasty, fine in taste, not powerful or diverted and not too sweet. The Russian pancake, for example, was nicely fluffy, loose, not greasy. I even kissed the back edge, as it was as delicious as the floor and not as with many others too dry and thick. In the stray cakes were not only obligatory can apricots, but homemade apricot cahutney. The little choke had a surprise inside á la Black Forest cherry...
