We recently held a staff outing at this location, and I can't express enough how impressed we were! The food was excellent, and the Epic Quest scavenger hunt brought smiles to everyone, regardless of age, making it a truly enjoyable experience. A special shout-out to our entertainers, LT and Seth; they were amazing, and the event wouldn't have been the same without their contributions! Additionally, the event was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend considering Dave & Buster's for your next event!
When we arrived, we requested a table with several available options, but the host refused to accommodate us. It took 25 minutes to receive our drinks from the waiter, and we never got any water during that time. Our food arrived at the same time as the drinks we ordered when we first sat down. I specifically mentioned that it was a date when I made the reservation, yet we were seated in the middle of the bar area, which was far from romantic. I found it difficult to get attention from my waiter.
I attended a party at Trader Joe's for the staff. The food was just mediocre. However, the servers were knowledgeable and attentive, and the place was very clean and spacious. The kids really enjoyed it, and as someone in my 50s, I found some aspects enjoyable as well. It was quite noisy, and some of the games were overly complicated without any prior experience. I believe most of the ticketed prizes were rather cheap and ultimately end up in the landfill. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3 out of 5.
I made a reservation, but when we arrived, the host informed us there was a three-hour wait. They seated us in a cold and noisy area. After waiting 15 minutes for a waitress, we decided to voice our concerns about the uncomfortable sitting conditions. The host was friendly and moved us to a better spot, but it shouldn't have taken a complaint to secure a more pleasant seating arrangement when we had made a reservation.

Our waitress Amanda was exceptional; thank you for everything she did for us last night. The food was great, and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back soon!
Terrible experience, and over crowded. We had two reservations and still ended up waiting over an hour. WITH KIDS! Smh we would never go there again
The service was great Erik help with the ordering suggestion and remembered to come check on our table for refills and anything else we needed.
Awesome place for kids. Food was decent. Drinks were a little weak. But service was good and kids had a blast which was the whole point.
