The food was really good ? I took the grandchildren Kitty cheeseburgers with fries we ordered nachos loaded we also ordered wings everything was delicious. Our waiter was a complete waste of time he was missing an action all the time finally when we were ready to go I said can we get the check please there was a crumpled up receipt on the table from my grandson when he reloaded his card and he crumpled it up that's how kids are the waiter looked at the receipt there it is right there I gave it to you and this is what you do with ? I told him no that's not the check that's a receipt from reloading the card please give us the the check please he never said he was sorry what he did was take it...
The server/bartender was great and very polite. The hostesses were all just gathered in a bunch chatting and on their phones (to be expected, it was not that busy at that time). The food was good and as expected for what we got, everything came out about the same time.The facility itself could use some good upkeep and overall wipe down cleaning. The restrooms were not clearly marked at all from where the dining area was. There is plenty of seating by and at the bar area. The other dining areas are nice as well and probably quieter than sitting by the bar.Upper management probably shouldn 't rush customers out when their 2 hour dining is not posted anywhere. We recently held a staff outing at this location, and I can't express enough how impressed we were! The food was excellent, and the Epic Quest scavenger hunt brought smiles to everyone, regardless of age, making it a truly enjoyable experience. A special shout-out to our entertainers, LT and Seth; they were amazing, and the event wouldn't have been the same without their contributions! Additionally, the event was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend considering Dave & Buster's for your next event!
I attended a party at Trader Joe's for the staff. The food was just mediocre. However, the servers were knowledgeable and attentive, and the place was very clean and spacious. The kids really enjoyed it, and as someone in my 50s, I found some aspects enjoyable as well. It was quite noisy, and some of the games were overly complicated without any prior experience. I believe most of the ticketed prizes were rather cheap and ultimately end up in the landfill. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Had a great time there! Service was quick, drinks were amazing, food was flavorful and fast. Bartenders and the manager Meagan were very friendly and acknowledging, and not only to me, but to all people at the bar. Which is something I always pay attention to when trying out new places. Definitely would recommend and definitely enjoyed this location much more than the one in Addison. Felt more welcoming. 10/10!
Tons of fun games! I have the best times with family and friends here. The food doesn't disappoint I recommend the amazing bacon burger. They have multi-player guitar hero, air hockey and so many other kinds of things to do, if your a frequent visitor stack those rewards for the big prizes! To my knowledge the tickets don't expire on your card.
Very fun and clean place brought my family here. I thought it was gonna be super expensive. Turns out it was the complete opposite some places are still affordable and this is one of them specially, when you got four kids thanks will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5
Came in for family game night.. Enjoyed our dinner nice service.. Yummy food prices not to outrageous.. Lots of games and got a few prizes from the prize store.. We did go late so a lot of alcohol around..Food: 4/5

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I had the best Long Island Iced Tea I've ever tasted here, and the Voodoo Pasta was amazing as well! I absolutely loved it and plan to return soon. Food: 5/5
