Dave's Cosmic Subs

We've been getting subs from Dave's for many years. It's an easy order to go! Subs are ready very quickly. Meats are very fresh. Bread is so fresh and has this nice crunch outside! My husband loves the Dave's Cosmic sauce. For me it depends on the sub I am getting. We have our usual subs, both turkey #13 The Turkey Dave and #27 The Grateful Dave . I have tried their roast beef, also excellent. I have yet to try their meatball but hear it's great. Must try! Although we haven't eaten at the store, there is a nice patio outside in the back and they do serve beer! Prices are very reasonable. I called in a pick up order around 11 this morning (5/23/22) for a #11 (tuna) with cosmic sauce instead of Mayo and a #27 (turkey). When I got home, I bit into the 27 and there was NO turkey on it. I don 't mean very little, I mean literally not ANY at all. I called to let the guy know and he asked if I wanted to bring it back. I was already all the way in Long Beach so I just said I don 't really want to come all the way back but I wanted to let you know. He just said Yep. No thanks for letting me know or anything like that. He was really short and rude. My husband told me after I called them that his #11 had no Mayo OR sauce--it was just dry. I have no idea how anyone could screw up an ord...

The 2 stars is because they continue to advertise having whole wheat buns when they don't. I've gone into the local about 5 times in 6 weeks and ask every time. The workers have no idea when, OR IF, they will ever have whole wheat again. Otherwise I am a 5 star customer of Dave's Cosmic. If you like white bread buns, their subs are impossible to beat. I love their sprouts and the banana peppers (pepperchini? . The sauce with the smoked turkey #13 is unbeatable. I'm hoping for Dave's buyer to wake up and get the products back that I love. Until then I can only give constructive feedback and continue to boycott.

This was definitely different, but delicious. I have never had a sub like this before. The garlic spread was absolutely delicious! I don't know why it took me so long to finally try Dave's Cosmic Subs, but I'm glad I did. I am definitely a fan now! They were out of some items like chicken, but we tried other options that were also delicious. I ordered the Grateful Dave without mayo, with garlic spread, extra pepper, and cheese. The turkey and ham were fresh and tasty. The spread and the bread paired together perfectly. I will definitely be ordering the same sub again! Reserva una mesa ahora

The sandwiches are good at this restaurant. While there are other places I'd rather go, I'd stop here if I'm nearby. The staff is very friendly and laid-back, making me feel very welcome.

Dave's is an amazing sandwich shop. Their turkey sandwich and Dave's club are both delicious options. I definitely suggest trying them out if you find yourself in Seal Beach.

Great selection of hot and cold sandwiches. Good value and always fresh. Great go to spot for Togo or dine in.
