Great ambiance, very professional staff, and what a finesse on your plate. Dishes with a melange of very subtil fragrances. Winelist made by a real connaisseur (not cheap though). Not only the wellknown names, but also great less known wines from this region. Impeccable service....Please Michelin, I met recently some starred restaurants that are less! This is an extremely professional operation. The service is outstanding, and unobtrusive (not always the case in Temples of Gastronomy) and the food is superb. Everything is, naturally, beautifully presented and the combinations of flavour are subtle and clever. The wine list is as good...as the food.
Had dinner at this place with a business delegation. A three course dinner was served, which was really excellent, magnificent. The ingredients used, the way it was prepared and served, the taste of it and the good wines that were served.... everything was of very...high quality, excellent!
Brilliant...Well thought out menu beautifully cooked and presented. a real treat..the dining room is uncluttered modern and calm and overlooks the gardens ...also I would think very photogenic for weddings as there is a large enclosed veranda
We used this location as the center of hikes in area. Touched by American flag with plaque as one goes through arch into old town thanking US troops for liberating the city in WW II A quiet hotel with beautiful grounds.

We were staying at the hotel so had to eat at its renowned restaurant. We all had the tasting menu (they do a child fruendly one too) and it was amazing. Service was out of this world.
David's cuisine is superb local fare but with a modern and Asian touch. A perfectionist cares a lot about everything. The restaurant staff are superb as well.
