I was charged 350.00 and 194.94 for a $75.00 room. The night stand fell off the wall within 20 minutes of me checking in. I called office and reported it the manager came in while I was in the restroom and asked my 6 yr old cousin what happened. She said my nanny put water and remote on table and her hand wasn’t even on it when it fell. When I came out restroom he said there’s no way I looked at him like he was crazy and said ok and he left 2 hrs later my card was charged extra $500 for a table that was apparently barely hanging on when I came in, I’m so disgusted at this point. 1:30am charged another $350 and now mgr is saying computer did it but should be back in my account in 3-5 business...
