The restaurant is fairly small, with a BYOB policy and seating for about 30 guests, featuring a mix of 10 booths and tables. The service was good throughout my visit. Additionally, parking is limited in front of the small strip mall, but it's only a block away from ShopRite.
I have dined at this restaurant several times, and I can honestly say that I've never been disappointed! I always order the pineapple fried rice with chicken, and it's the best I've had compared to other places. Their coconut roasted shrimp and tempura are also fantastic. My boyfriend always gets the drunken noodles, and he claims they make them the best!
Simply Thai offers a lunch special that includes a side salad and a homemade vegetable spring roll. I ordered the drunken noodles with tofu and an order of coconut shrimp on the side. The food was decent, and the owners were friendly, but overall, there wasn't anything particularly remarkable about the place. I wasn't overly impressed.

Cozy and casual spot with great food at reasonable prices, especially during lunch. The service was impressive, considering it’s a small team.
This place last minute found and it was amazing! The food is delicious here, and Thai Iced Tea is on top! The staff was very friendly!
