The new managers are doing a very good job here. There were many interesting things for us on the menu, including vegetarian burgers and various salad plates. We were hungry and took the hamburger special, which was about the best burger I've ever had, complete with a fried egg, sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and fried potatoes. Needless to say, we were not hungry when we left! You can either sit outside on the terrace, overlooking Lake Geneva and the pool grounds, or you can sit inside.
On the terrace, above the landslide pools is the Restaurant de la late Piscine. The menu is,not long but there is a vegetarian option. for entree and main course. The fare is competent rather than elegant, but so are the prices. The view over Lake Geneva can cost near twice the amount for similar food. We were well fed and pleased.
