We ate cheese fondue, at the beginning it was OK, half way, the cheese started to act like caoutchouc somewhat! We asked for suggestions, they replied 'we can try to revive it '. We asked to get another dish instead, one plate, and that we would pay for the difference in price. They replied that it was not an option. We asked for the provenance of the beef: south America, Swiss cows are not possible..... After having waited a long time for the second waiter to come back in order to get our choice, I went inside in order to speak to the owner, at first he didn 't feel like coming to us. A madam stood up, apparently belonging to the restaurant, she said that she is not serving. Then the owner gave his word that a new portion shall be cooked, but the result was worse than the first one. The madam came out, since we were on the terrace, proved to us that the second portion was freshly remade, in showing us the first pot, her ton was not friendly. As an explanation, she said that normally it works always fine with cheese fondue, but the fact that the outside air temperature around 8 celsius was, would be the reason for the chewing gum fondue. We let it the way it was, we asked to pay only one portion, but she declined, she offered us tea and digestive. We informed the waiter that we were going to post a comment on trip advisor and that we would also inform Wallis Swiss tourism office.
