Really disappointed with the good rated fish bar. The prices are higher than on the menu. When a refund was asked for, they refused as the food had already been cooked. Our bill ended to be £10 more expensive. It was the first and last time we went there. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was the daughter and she asked me to leave the premises. I wish I could give 0 stars for the false advertisement. The explanation was the prices went up, but we haven't updated our menu yet. I had to ask specifically for a till receipt, as the only receipt given was the card one. By the way it is a criminal offence to advertise wrong prices.
Really disappointed with our dinner just now. I ordered the gourmet burger thinking it would be a better standard of burger, no, it was mainly gristle and even the cat turned her nose up at it. The halloumi fries were pretty naff too. My wife enjoyed herself battered sausage, fishcake and chips so that's something at least. Very expensive for not a lot. Meal type: Dinner
Deb's Fish Chips is in my opinion the best in Rushden. We are regulars so that says a lot. The range is great and it is cooked to order for you. The atmosphere can be a bit manic due to number of delivery orders that are dealing with. The volume of those orders tells you that a lot of people agree with us! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
Debs is the best in town. Excellent food, proper portions that make you sweat when you see them and a great team. Deb really pulls it all together for a massive win. Tad cramped inside if a few people are waiting however. Prices recently went up but without having updated displays. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

When you walk in it’s pure chaos, staff shouting orders at each other and the smell of burnt over used oil. Should have just left it at that point and not bothered. Food was so oily, literally disgusting. No stars if I could. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The fish and chips was very good portion sizes and the fish was big and battered nicely. The chips are made fresh from potato and wasn’t over greasy. I look forward to placing my next order with this place. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
